Express Shipping

  • Delivery within 2-3 business days
  • Express shipping fee: $19.95 AUD
  • Priority handling and tracking included
  • Available for all Australian addresses

Overnight Shipping

  • Next business day delivery (order before 2 PM AEST)
  • Overnight shipping fee: $29.95 AUD
  • Signature required on delivery
  • Available for metro areas only

We currently ship to all addresses within Australia. We use Australia Post and trusted courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

During peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the Australia Post website or the courier's website to track your package in real-time.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any problems.

Important: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
